This policy explains what information NAIA — Innovation AI Academy ("NAIA", "we", "us") collects through naia-academy.com, and how it's used. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form on the Contact page: your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. Submitting that form sends it directly to sales@naia-academy.com via our email delivery provider — it passes through that provider's systems in transit but is not stored in a database on this website.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and does not create user accounts or process payments.
How we use it
Information sent via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to schedule an enterprise consultation or answer questions about individual training programs. We don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Because enquiries are delivered directly to our email inbox rather than stored in a database on this site, retention follows our normal email record-keeping — you can ask us to delete a prior enquiry at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@naia-academy.com. If you're enrolled in a training program or engagement, additional terms in that agreement may govern data handling for that program.

If this policy changes — for example, if we later add analytics or an online enrollment system — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
